As a fresh starter i m facing problem with my experience. The job seems to be completely different..way different than studying. The zeal to learn has gone down but i m trying my best to learn from the experienced staff that i am working under. They have been in the service for a decade so that is a good news for me. As a young blood i tend to get distracted by the social sites with an attempt to chat and interact with youngsters. However I limit myself and make sure i go through all the policies and important publication. Things are looking pretty stable now and i look forward to working to the best of my abilities.
