Management of BWFS, a welfare fund of our small organization is not allowing me to concentrate fully on my real work. My monitoring of the field crops activities in Phangyul has been delayed. And the risk involved in BWFS is monetary i tend to concentrate more on it and its service which is not a good thing in principle but practical i guess. Anyways looking forward for another two three months of my probation.
